Services described
Pages describing audits, workshops, reviews, and fees are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written scope, fee, and start date. Website copy does not create a contract for work.
Intellectual property
Site text, layout, and branding belong to Compiler Vertex Point or its licensors. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial reuse without written permission. Engagement deliverables are licensed to the client as set out in the relevant statement of work; we retain templates and general methods.
Client materials
You are responsible for materials you supply (logs, exports, diagrams). You confirm you have the right to share them and that sharing does not breach confidentiality owed to others. We treat client materials as confidential and use them only to deliver the engagement.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law and other applicable law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from site use. For paid engagements, liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including for personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
We do not warrant uninterrupted site availability. Advisory opinions are professional judgement based on information available at the time; they are not guarantees of particular build or compile outcomes.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site (including attempting unauthorised access, disrupting service, or submitting malicious content through forms).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Courts in Western Australia have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
