(“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to safeguarding personal data in compliance with the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA B.E. 2562) and applicable international standards such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We only collect information necessary to deliver professional engineering consulting and respond to technical scoping requests:

  1. Contact & Scoping Information: Full name, business email address, company name, job title, and voluntary system architecture details submitted via our contact forms.
  2. Technical Web Metadata: IP addresses, browser user-agent headers, referring URLs, and page navigation timestamps collected via server logs to prevent unauthorized access and optimize site security.
  3. Engagement Telemetry & Diagnostic Data: Anonymized metrics, PromQL query logs, and architecture documentation explicitly provided under contract for diagnostic evaluation.

We do not collect sensitive personal data (such as health, biometric, religious, or political data).

3. Purpose & Legal Basis for Processing

We process your information under the following legal bases:

  • Performance of a Contract (or pre-contractual steps): To review scoping briefs, prepare non-disclosure agreements, and deliver commissioned release telemetry audits.
  • Legitimate Interests: To secure our infrastructure, monitor site performance, and protect against fraudulent submissions.
  • Compliance with Legal Obligations: To fulfill accounting, tax, and statutory recordkeeping requirements under Thai law.

4. Data Retention Periods

  • Inquiry & Scoping Records: Kept for twenty-four (24) months following receipt unless an engagement agreement is executed.
  • Client Engagement & Telemetry Data: Client telemetry samples, logs, and diagnostic working files are permanently deleted thirty (30) days following the final milestone delivery, unless agreed otherwise under a specific archival agreement.
  • Financial & Tax Records: Retained for seven (7) years in compliance with the Thai Revenue Code.

5. International Data Transfers

When technical data is transmitted between our Phuket office and client locations across the Asia-Pacific region, Europe, or the Americas, we apply standard contractual clauses, encrypted TLS channels, and strict access controls to ensure the level of protection remains equivalent to PDPA and GDPR standards.

6. Your Data Subject Rights

Under applicable privacy legislation, you maintain the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Right to Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to Rectification: Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data.
  • Right to Erasure (“Right to be Forgotten”): Request deletion of your personal data where retention is no longer legally necessary.
  • Right to Restriction of Processing: Request the temporary suspension of data processing.
  • Right to Data Portability: Receive your provided data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
