Factors Influencing Engagement Estimates
For organizations with complex topologies exceeding 25 microservices or unique compliance constraints, we generate custom project quotes based on:
- Topology Scale & Ingestion Volume: Total volume of daily metrics, span volume per second, and number of Kubernetes nodes or container clusters.
- Multi-Region & Multi-Cloud Ingress: Cross-region telemetry synchronization and global latency aggregation requirements.
- Historical Data Quality: State of existing trace context propagation (e.g. OpenTelemetry standard headers vs. custom proprietary tracing baggage).
- On-Site vs. Remote Requirements: Standard delivery is conducted remotely via secure screen sharing and anonymized metric exports. On-site working sessions in Southeast Asia can be arranged upon request.
Terms of Payment & Scoping Process
- Invoicing Currency: All standard invoices are issued in USD (or Thai Baht equivalent based on Bank of Thailand exchange rates upon request).
- Payment Structure: 50% milestone advance upon signing of mutual NDA and engagement agreement; 50% balance upon final report delivery and executive presentation.
- Accepted Payment Methods: Direct international bank wire transfer (SWIFT) or corporate domestic bank transfer in Thailand.
- No Hidden Fees: We provide an all-inclusive fixed engagement quote prior to commencing work.
