What we do not sell
Monthly SaaS seats, “unlimited” advisory retainers without a written scope, or three-tier product packages renamed as Bronze/Silver/Gold. If you need ongoing support, we agree a short retainer with named hours and a clear exit.
Deposits
Audits and multi-day reviews require a 40% deposit to reserve the start week. Workshops are payable in full five business days before the session. See the refund policy for cancellation and rescheduling rules.
